Additionally, you’ll receive training in fumigation techniques and even complete a grain silo operator course. This comprehensive training will further equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field.

You will also be required to perform the duties below:

• Oversee and participate in the intake and dispatch of grain, including its grading
• Assist the silo manager with:
  • Administrative tasks
  • Fumigation processes
  • Ensuring food safety
  • Handling personnel matters
  • Managing risks
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining property, vehicles, and grounds.
