Introduction
Clicks is seeking to fill ten Shop Assistant / Cashier positions in Ladybrand, Free State. The roles are designed to enhance customer service through efficient point of sale (POS) operations and in-store merchandising, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Efficiently handling all POS operations in a timely manner.
- Maintaining high accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including handling Clicks ClubCard rewards.
- Ensuring safe cash handling practices.
- Actively promoting the Clicks ClubCard and enrolling new members to meet participation targets.
- Informing customers about ongoing promotions to drive sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
- Providing superior customer service as a brand ambassador, being visible, friendly, and professional.
- Executing and maintaining merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
- Supporting the Group’s vision to be the leading health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
- Staying updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
