Ensure that all the applicable constrains have been taken into consideration within the TMS system Validate the generated schedule, on compartment level, to ensure that it is optimal. Make relevant manual adjustments if required. Monitoring, performance utilizing leading and lagging indicators through various daily, weekly and monthly reports and applying the required corrective actions. Execute replenishment plan and ensure that the suggested orders from the replenishment tool are valid as per the defined criteria. Load planning, transport allocation and volume checks. Participate in design sessions with key Product stakeholders to create solutions that are aligned to the IM’s architecture standards and principles as well as SAP/ERP Best Practice, and that leverage common solutions and services, as well as meet financial targets.
Within Sasol’s solution development lifecycle, in Discover & Describe phase the SAP/ERP Specialist Application Platform also participates in solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions from an SAP Integration and Solution perspective, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case.
They will also share their expertise during the Mobilise, Plan, Engineer, Deploy and Transition phases, and re-evaluate benefits realisation as required on both run and change, with cross functional DevOps teams supporting and end-to-end service offering, responsible for all activities across the technology stack, from application to infrastructure specifically to SAP/ERP.

Team Lead Demand
Purpose of Job
The purpose of the role is leading and directing a team of Demand Co-ordinators to ensure coordination and management of the Customer Replenishment Planning process while ensuring that customer demand is met within stock, fleet, order, and delivery constraints across all market streams (Retail, Commercial and Wholesale Marketing) by well trained and motivated resources (Ways of working). Tofacilitate engagements with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and implement mitigations and continuous improvement opportunities for the operation against the key objectives of Customer centricity and reliability of supply. The Demand Co-Ordinator Team Lead is responsible for analyzing, interpret and translating LCCT standard reports and KPIs into useful information that can be used to initiate continuous improvement interventions. The Team lead is also responsible for the management of performance as well as continuous coaching of the team.
