Team Lead Demand

Purpose of Job

The purpose of the role is leading and directing a team of Demand Co-ordinators to ensure coordination and management of the Customer Replenishment Planning process while ensuring that customer demand is met within stock, fleet, order, and delivery constraints across all market streams (Retail, Commercial and Wholesale Marketing) by well trained and motivated resources (Ways of working). Tofacilitate engagements with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and implement mitigations and continuous improvement opportunities for the operation against the key objectives of Customer centricity and reliability of supply.  The Demand Co-Ordinator Team Lead is responsible for analyzing, interpret and translating LCCT standard reports and KPIs into useful information that can be used to initiate continuous improvement interventions.
