Requirements: Mobile Officer
- Undergraduate qualification in Public Administration / Public Management / Operations / Human Resources / Business Management at NQF Level 6
- One year clerical experience preferred
- Experience in client and customer service environment advantageous
- Valid driver’s license (Code 10) and Public Driver Permit (PDP)
- Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Regulations, and Departmental Legislation
- Basic computer literacy and report writing skills
- Ability to travel extensively

Duties:
- Supervise and administer Civic Services functions in Mobile Offices
- Manage operations in various service points and maintain queues
- Ensure Mobile Office is properly maintained and safe for service
- Conduct daily trips and vehicle inspections

- Facilitate client services and operate specialized equipment
