About the Managed People Solutions Learnership 2024-2025

Managed People Solutions is offering a learnership programme for South Africans in Pretoria Central, Gauteng, who are interested in the field of Wholesale & Retail Operations. This learnership is dedicated to uplifting unemployed youths by providing them with valuable experience to succeed in their future careers. The programme will run for 12 months, from July 2024 to June 2025, requiring full commitment from all participants.

Responsibilities

Participants in the Managed People Solutions Learnership will be expected to:

  • Identify which items need to be displayed on shelves.
  • Compile a list of stock needed.
  • Inspect shelf products for age, quality, rotation, and pricing accuracy.
  • Carry out merchandising tasks according to the provided schedule.
  • Provide input on customer concerns, inquiries, and requests.
  • Maintain awareness of product details and promotional offers.
  • Thoroughly document merchandising actions.
  • Fulfill calls as outlined in the visit schedule.
  • Inform the Regional Sales Manager about items that are out of stock.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Managed People Solutions Learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Grade 12 qualification (passed Mathematics and English).
  • Be between 18-28 years old.

  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Be prepared to relocate to other areas.
  • Be able to work with other team members.
  • Have an understanding of basic MS Office abilities.
  • Be good at problem-solving.
