Job Overview: Care Givers
As a Care Giver at Faircape Health, your role is to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and follow individualized care plans that address each resident’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene care
- Offer companionship and emotional support through friendly engagement and meaningful interaction
- Assist during meal times, with feeding when necessary, and accompany residents to activities
- Document activities and observations using the Healthware system on a company-provided cellphone
- Promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff
- Adhere to health and safety policies, including infection control procedures
- Rotate through camera watch duties during night shifts to monitor resident safety
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience as a Care Giver or in a similar healthcare environment
- Understanding of caring principles, especially in dementia, palliative, and rehabilitative care
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to relate well to residents
- Physically fit and able to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
- Clear health, criminal, and credit records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to continuously learn and improve caregiving skills

Work Schedule and Benefits
- Work 16.25 shifts per month
- Choose between day shifts (07:00–19:00) or night shifts (19:00–07:00), with night shift allowance
