Tsebo’s Thorburn Security Solutions is hiring 6 Armed Response Officers to join the team in Kathu – Kuruman, Northern Cape. As an Armed Response Officer, your primary responsibilities include:

• Alarm Response: Promptly respond to alarm activations and incidents.
• Patrols: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the assigned area.

• Incident Reporting: Report all incidents and activities to the control room.
• Alarm Handling: Provide feedback after attending to alarm activations and leave acknowledgment slips at the site.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and kept clean at all times.
• Firearm Handling: Strictly follow all firearm procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Education: Grade 10 qualification.
• Driver’s License: Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
• PSIRA Registration: Grade B (valid PSIRA certificate).
• Firearm Competency: Certification is mandatory.
