Minimum Required Qualification:

Grade 12 with Mathematics (not mathematics literacy) and English.

The Appointee should:

Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
Clear security screening record.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Relevant experience in a relevant environment

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks.
Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe.
Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all legal and safety requirements.
Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training.
Attend SHE meetings as and when required.

Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/ or used.
Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment.

Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder.
Report all inconsistencies and obstacles.
Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
