Minimum Requirements for Training
• At least One year Experience working in 3 or 4 Star Hotel
• Must be a South African Citizen

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure queries and problems are timeously resolved and accurately.
• Take responsibility for service request administration (recovering costs or charges)
• Demonstrate an understanding of the consequences.
How it works?
• Make sure that you meet minimum requirements as specified above. Only successful candidate will undergo overarching complete 12-Day training course, Specialising in either BAR , DINING or HOUSEKEEPING at our state of the art training facilities located in Durban.
After Completing the training course , you will possess the required skills to secure the possession onboard. Extraordinary candidates may qualifyfor the position onbord MSC Cruises
