About the YES Youth Development Programme
PPC is embarking on an initiative to sponsor unemployed youth with 12 months’ work experience. The programme offers training in various operational departments to enhance their skills and capabilities, the program also aims to strengthen our relationship with local communities.

Unemployed Youth will be deployed in the following areas:
- PPC Aggregates – Mooiplaas (x3)
- PPC Aggregates – Laezonia (x1)
- PPC Rosebank (x2)
- Pronto – Silverton and City deep (x2)
- 3Q Mahuma Concrete – Witbank (x1)
- Ulula Ash – Kriel (x1)
Responsibilities and Benefits
