Key Responsibilities:

– Provide courier service to staff and clients
– Complete trip/mileage forms and maintain vehicle safety
– Ensure safe keeping of vehicles and relieve other drivers when necessary
– Undertake other duties such as washing vehicles and sorting documents

– Establish and maintain record keeping and archiving systems
– Provide general administration support
– Extract and maintain policy and procedural records
– Develop and maintain databases and documentation systems
– Coordinate statistical reporting and train staff on administrative issues
