Internship Details
- Duration: 18 months

- Availability: Willing to work retail hours on a fixed-term 18-month contract

We also offer a 12-month programme to provide experience in critical areas within Massmart, based in Retail Stores or Distribution Centres nationwide (Gauteng, Western Cape, or KwaZulu-Natal).
Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 29 years
- Qualification: Minimum 3-Year National Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Horticulture, HR Management, or Retail Business Management
- Employment Status: Not permanently employed for more than one year with a single employer
- Education: Not studying full-time during the internship period (August 2024 – July 2025)
- SETA Program: Not currently registered
- Availability: Willing to work retail hours on a fixed-term 12-month contract
Graduate Internship Programme
For those with a degree, we provide a comprehensive 12-month programme offering exposure to various retail sectors, based in our Retail Stores nationwide (Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, or KwaZulu-Natal).
Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 29 years
- Qualification: Minimum Degree (BCom in Retail Management, General, or Business Management)
- Employment Status: Not permanently employed for more than one year with a single employer
- Education: Not studying full-time during the internship period (August 2024 – July 2025)
- SETA Program: Not currently registered
- Availability: Willing to work retail hours on a fixed-term 12-month contract
