Program Description

The Learnership program covers five essential domains of Generic Management:

  1. Leadership
  2. Managing The Environment
  3. Managing Relations
  4. Managing Knowledge
  5. The Practice of Management

These domains are integrated with generic competencies to allow learners to specialize within various management fields. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving South African economic landscape.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  • Must have completed Grade 12/Matric within the last two years.
  • No prior work experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different customer types.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Possession of an original ID.
  • Not currently enrolled in any other learnership program or studying.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Consultant, your main responsibilities will include handling customer complaints, processing orders, providing information about the company’s products and services, and resolving customer queries.
