Key Responsibilities
Our Field Agents X93 play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. The responsibilities include:
- Sales and Client Engagement
- Sell Icebolethu Plans: Engage with potential clients within your designated catchment area to promote and sell Icebolethu plans.
- Canvassing: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through canvassing and networking.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Operational Efficiency and Compliance
- Adhere to Quality and Compliance Processes: Follow all quality and compliance processes to minimize business risk and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain Operational Efficiencies: Optimize operational efficiencies based on productivity measures.
- Adapt to Business Changes: Be flexible and adaptable to changing business operational requirements.
- Industry Knowledge and Self-Development

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary skills:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4: Minimum educational requirement.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a target-driven sales role.
- Financial Service Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- RE Exam: Advantageous but not required.
- 30 FAIS Credits: Advantageous but not required.
Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
- Administration Skills: Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
