Key Purpose: Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa’s Packaging Learnership Program
Our Packaging Learnership program is designed to empower individuals within the food and beverage packaging sector. By providing recognition, mobility, and portability within beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods environments, we aim to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their careers. Upon successful completion, participants will attain the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Throughout the learnership, participants will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the bottling process, safety standards, quality testing, and food handling practices. Under the guidance of industry experts, learners will develop crucial skills essential for success in the manufacturing sector.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a keen attention to detail and strong teamwork skills. Effective communication abilities are essential for collaboration and problem-solving within our dynamic work environment.
Skills, Experience & Education:
Applicants must possess a Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and Physical Sciences passed with a minimum of 40%. Proficiency in two South African languages is required, along with a commitment to a 12-month learnership program. Candidates should be between 18-35 years of age, South African citizens, and unemployed at the time of appointment.
