iMas Insurance : We have an exciting 12 month Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in November 2023. If you are successful, you will be placed at one of our regional branches and client service outlet in Centurion.
Position Title: Lending & Financing Internship
Responsibilities:
- Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
- Analyze customer financial position and recommend solutions
- Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
- Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
- Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
- Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
- Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
- Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
- Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
- Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering

Requirements:
- A Degree or Diploma in: Sales / Marketing / Business Management or related.
- Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
- Driver’s license is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must be unemployed and currently not registered for any studies.
- Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth
- Must have interest in working in financial services sales environment
