Job Description
While our petrol attendant role might not be Formula 1, we aim for our customer pit stops to be just as efficient, paired with a friendly smile and exceptional service. Your role will include safely refueling vehicles, recording sales accurately, and ensuring the forecourt remains neat and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are traceable.
- Keep the forecourt and Fresh Shop clean and inviting.
- Clean and maintain pump islands.
- Refuel customer vehicles and storage tanks.
- Protect company assets and inventory.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance while on duty.
