Eskom is offering X13 learnership positions for individuals who are keen on developing their abilities with the successul company in a real-time work setting. The Eskom Technician Learnership is available in:
- Koeberg Nuclear Power Station.
Throughout the course of the program, you will be required to follow a well-organized curriculum that includes both theoretical tests and practical working sessions that are carried out in an environment that simulates a real-world business. As you make your way toward a qualification, you will be provided with the direction and assistance of trained professionals who will urge you to demonstrate enormous progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Before moving forward with their applications, individuals who have expressed interest in the Eskom Technician Learnership are required to demonstrate that they satisfy certain eligibility requirements. - Learner Technicians (Chemistry): Earn your fully completed National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Water Care, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Engineering Studies with a focus on Chemistry, Chemical Plant Operations, and Chemical.
- Learner Technicians (Maintenance): Achieve your fully completed S4/S5, National Diploma, or B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Ensure you are a South African citizen
- Complete the recruitment process to be placed in Eskom Operations across various divisions if successful
- Demonstrate integrity
- Exhibit professionalism
- Focus on customer needs
- Show strong communication skills
- Develop sound interpersonal skills
- Refine your negotiation skills
- Enhance your liaising skills.
