Position: Clinical Nurse Practitioner (Primary Healthcare) – 2 Vacancies
Location: Cape Winelands Health District
Salary: Grade 1: R431,265 (PN-B1) per annum, Grade 2: R528,696 (PN-B2) per annum

2. Kylemore CDC (1 Vacancy)

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum educational qualification: Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse and Midwife.
• Post-basic qualification: 1-year Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science (Health Assessment, Treatment and Care – R48), accredited with the SANC.
• Registration: Professional Nurse and Midwife with the SANC.

Experience:

• Grade 1: Minimum 4 years’ nursing experience after SANC registration.
• Grade 2: Minimum 14 years’ nursing experience after SANC registration, with at least 10 years after obtaining the post-basic qualification.
• Must hold a valid Code B/EB driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Proficiency in at least two of the Western Cape’s official languages.
• Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel), excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team, knowledge of Community Oriented Primary Care.

• Deliver high-quality primary curative health care.
• Provide specialized nursing care within professional and legal frameworks.
• Efficiently manage human and financial resources, as well as support services.
• Contribute to training and research efforts.
• Support Operational Manager and Nursing Services.
• Maintain professional growth, ethical standards, and self-development.
