Job Purpose
As a Client Service Champion, you will:
- Warmly welcome clients and manage the flow within the branch.
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with ATM usage and guiding them through remote or self-service transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Possess a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Ideal Candidate
While no prior experience is necessary, the ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of client service experience in retail, finance, or banking.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Preferred: Same as minimum.
Skills and Knowledge
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Basic math skills.
- An understanding of Capitec Bank’s products and internal processes.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail.
Employment Conditions
- Clean Criminal and Credit History: Candidates must have no criminal or credit history.
- Fingerprints: Must be detectable and recognizable by Capitec’s electronic banking system.
