- Address and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints through active inbound channels such as calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat, as well as social media platforms and Google reviews
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively, following established processes and policies
- Direct customer queries and complaints to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary or gather information needed to resolve the issue
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly
- Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and in alignment with our Company Values and Brand Promise
- Take ownership of solving problems on behalf of the customer, demonstrating a commitment to resolving queries and complaints
- Use the appropriate escalation channels to ensure quick resolution of inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including BI, IT, Brand Marketing, CRM Agency, Digital Department, Online Commerce, Legal & Compliance, and Analytics Partners.

- Pursue retail experience, which is advantageous but not mandatory
- Develop entry-level MS Office skills, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Acquire experience with contact center systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, or Zendesk (advantageous)
- Be passionate and proactive about solving customer problems
- Strengthen your administration skills
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Pay close attention to detail
- Manage your time efficiently
- Master fluent written and verbal English, with additional languages being beneficial.
