Bidvest’s Learnership program, a 12-month journey, offers a registered qualification under the guidance of TETA (Transport Education and Training Authority). Over the years, Bidvest International Logistics has successfully nurtured and graduated numerous learners in the logistics sector through their proven learnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Aspiring candidates should be dedicated to a 12-month Learnership program encompassing both theoretical and practical learning components across three specialized divisions. All learning modules will be conveniently accessible via the BIL eLearning Platform. Upon completion, candidates will need to submit a portfolio of evidence showcasing their acquired skills.
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
- South African citizenship
- Age range: 18 to 35 years old
- Full-time availability and commitment for the entire 12 months
- Strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Self-reliance and determination
- Accountability and responsibility for managing stipend and studies
- Professional demeanor within BIL’s corporate environment, including appearance, behavior, and communication
