Purpose Statement:

By fulfilling these responsibilities, individuals will acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for service consulting.
Experience:
- Minimum: No prior experience required, but candidates must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal or Preferred:
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Basic calculations, interpersonal skills, clarity in aspirations, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
- Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank operations.
