Purpose Statement:
The role of a Bank Better Champion involves welcoming clients, ensuring smooth queue functioning, delivering excellent client service, assisting clients at ATMs, and conducting transactions on remote or self-service channels. By fulfilling these responsibilities, individuals will acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for service consulting.

Experience:

• Minimum: No prior experience required, but candidates must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
• Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Ideal or Preferred:

Knowledge:

• Minimum: Basic calculations, interpersonal skills, clarity in aspirations, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
• Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank operations.
