Job Overview: Temporary Asset Verification Clerks

The Temporary Asset Verification Clerk role is crucial in ensuring that the ARC’s fixed asset register is accurate and up to date. The successful candidates will be responsible for verifying assets, tagging them with barcodes, and updating asset information through the asset management system, NetTrace. This role involves working closely with the ARC’s asset management team to assist with asset management functions at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Temporary Asset Verification Clerks include:

  1. 100% Verification of Assets: Accurately verify all assets listed in the fixed asset register by cross-referencing with physical assets on the ground. This ensures that the asset register reflects the true state of ARC’s assets.
  2. Tagging Assets with New Barcodes: Apply new barcodes to all assets to ensure seamless tracking and management.
  3. Completeness Checks: Perform completeness checks and prepare a list of assets that are present on the floor but not listed in the fixed asset register.
  4. Updating Asset Information: Update the asset details, location, and condition in the asset management system (NetTrace) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Supporting the Asset Management Team: Assist the ARC’s asset management team in executing asset management tasks across various locations.
