Eligibility Criteria

• Complete your Grade 12 education with credits in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (Mathematics Literacy is not accepted)
• Secure a minimum pass mark of 40% or above
• Show evidence of good medical health
• Be willing to work on surface-level operations
• Be prepared to work in a dusty opencast environment
• Follow the work schedule, which may include shift work
• Provide proof of South African citizenship
• Successfully complete the required psychometric assessment
• Pass the K53 Simulator Assessment
• Demonstrate strong skills in written and spoken English
• Having a South African Driver’s license is a plus.
