Repairs Centre Training Academy Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Training Academy, including scheduling training sessions, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and certifications. Ensure all data is up-to-date and properly stored.
  • Resource Management: Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources. Ensure that the training academy is equipped with materials and always ready for use.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on training activities, attendance, and outcomes to the Training Academy Manager and other relevant parties.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Assist with skills audits as needed by the Human Resource department.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating training events, workshops, and general internal events.

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • A post-matric qualification in administration and computer literacy will be advantageous
  • Previous experience not required; the learnership is designed for an individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced Fintech industry
