Purpose of the Job

To participate in and complete the Learnership programme for the designated field of expertise.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

The 12-month programme will offer a theoretical element aligned with an NQF Learnership programme and practical onsite work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners. It provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer, and basic business principles. During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments in general as work readiness preparation.

Theoretical Component

The theoretical component will cover:

  • Customer Service
  • Business Accounting
  • Maths Literacy
  • Communication Skills
  • Computer Skills

Formal Education

  • High School / School Diploma or similar
  • Post-Matric qualification in Data and IT will be advantageous

Experience

  • Experience: 0 – 2 relevant years
