Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.
Duties: Rendering variety of administrative duties such as typing of documents, filing of records, photocopy documents and registering of incoming and outgoing documents. Assist in collecting statistics. Assist in arranging accommodation and travel logistics. Assist in meeting and training logistics.
DATA CAPTURE (8 Posts)

Duties: Ensure patient’s records and files are properly kept and secured; Reconcile patients’ records with various registers; ensure ongoing data capturing from patient records in to the database with high standards of accuracy; identify, resolve or query missing data and errors observed during data entry, electronic checks or manual review; report missing data and errors to the manager at the facility; review and validate all data from the patient records to ensure all data is correct, complete and logical; communicate and distribute data to the facility.
ENROLLED NURSE / STAFF NURSE GRADE 1 (24 Posts)
Salary: R199 725-222 939 p.a. (Depending on the years of experience in terms of OSD).

Requirements: Senior Certificate. Certificate of Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic nursing care, Good understanding of customer care and knowledge of Bath Pele Principles, Patient’s Rights Charter and National Core Norms and Standard. and must be able to work shifts.
Duties: Demonstrate understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices. Work within a structured environment. Facilitate and monitor patients’ health education programme (NTCP). Facilitate effective discharge processes. Ensure proper record keeping. Maintain standards to improve the nursing care. Render patient care and provide support to Professional Nurse.
