Do you want to work at a place where people believe in what they do? Pick n Pay is hiring Cashiers to join their team! As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions using the POS system, handling cash, issuing refunds, and balancing the till. You will also ensure a clean work environment, upsell products, handle customer complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the till and scanner efficiently to process customer purchases.
• Handle and process payments, including cash, cards, and other payment methods.
• Prepare and manage the till float.
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Follow security procedures at all times.
• Interact courteously with customers and assist with any queries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 is an advantage).
• Skills: Basic numeracy and ability to communicate in English.
• Computer Literacy: Advantageous but not required.
• Time management, customer service, and ethical behavior.
