Responsibilities:
- Sales Promotion: Maximize store sales and turnover.
- Stock Management: Ensure stock control, minimize losses, and meet business targets.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses to maintain profitability.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed the set store targets.
- Resource Management: Utilize store resources efficiently to maintain productivity.
- Policy Adherence: Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive working environment.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain store cleanliness and staff hygiene according to company standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Matric / Grade 12, with Mathematics being an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, ideally in a similar retail setting.
- Skills: Strong command of English (both verbal and written).
