Purpose Statement
Welcome clients and coordinate branch flow through efficient queue functioning. Provide excellent client service, assist clients at the ATM, and facilitate transactions on remote or self-service channels. This role offers the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience
Minimum:
- No experience required but must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal or Preferred:
- Further knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- How to engage with people.
- Clear understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious, and keen to learn.
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Skills
- Communication Skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
