Minimum RequirementsMatric / NQF level 6Relevant Diploma/Degree or studying towards a diploma/degreeExcellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skillsComputer literacy and general administrative skillsDriver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous
Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with management to determine areas of improvement within the operational scopeTake notes and keep recordsTake ownership and responsibilityBuild relationships with other parties/divisionsDesign and develop new ideas for to improve vehicle turnaround timesResearch new tech that will benefit the team, project or clientIntegrate time saving strategies with operational activitiesCommunicate effectively with the teamProvide insight and contribute to strategies and goalsBuild DashboardsUpdate and/or automated dashboards and reports to be sent to relevant parties daily/weekly/monthly
